SDSU is extending the opportunity to first-time freshmen to take the ELM/EPT on June 17th and still be permitted to enroll.  The deadline for mail-in registration is May 31.  The on-line, in-person deadline is June 2.  Scores will be released July 10.

An email was sent to students who have not taken the tests. Please note that all students who have not yet demonstrated satisfactory completion of the proficiency requirement will receive the email notification. This includes those seniors who are "conditionally exempt" via their EAP results.

Please advise these students in particular that if they are not making satisfactory progress in their math course to become exempt, then they should take this opportunity to clear the ELM requirement via the June test.
