Locker Agreement
Dear Parents and Students:
As of September 13, 2006, there are 2,237 students enrolled at Hilltop High School. Of the 1,200 lockers on campus, 360 are unavailable at this time due to campus construction. During Orientation, 765 lockers were issued to students in grades 10, 11 and 12. Students in grade 9 did not have an opportunity to request a locker during Orientation due to the limited number of lockers remaining at that time. Therefore, the remaining 75 lockers will be issued to 9th graders according to the following procedure:
1. Ninth grade students requesting a locker must submit a valid locker agreement form to the ASB Office before school, at Nutrition break or Lunch by the end of lunch on Friday, September 15, 2006.
2. Valid forms will be date stamped and numbered.
3. A drawing will be held at lunch on Tuesday, Sept. 19. The first 75 names will be issued lockers.
4. Remaining 9th grade names will be combined with names of students in other grades and drawn to create a Locker Waiting List. The Locker Waiting List drawing will take place on Friday, Sept. 22. When additional lockers are available, they will be offered in order to the students on the Locker Waiting List.
We regret that lockers are not available for all students who are requesting them and hope that the procedure explained above provides an equitable manner for distribution of the remaining lockers.
