Counselor Notes: CSF Applications

Attention all Lancers:

CSF Applications are in the Counseling Center. Pick them up, fill them out and remember you have to have a copy of your grades with it. Do not turn in your application without a copy of your grades from last semester. SENIORS remember you have to have a semester in your senior year to achieve Life Member Status.

You will have until September 29, 2006 to get all the paper work in. Then you will get a receipt stating to go to the ASB and pay your $7.00 for this semester. Everyone has to pay, that includes the 9th grades who are Honorary Members as well.

You will have until October 13th to get your $7.00 into the ASB.
