STUDENT SECTION
SCHOOL WISDOM OF THE DAY: Don't be discouraged by a failure in school; convert the experience from a stumbling block into a stepping stone. (Radford)
LANCERS: TONIGHT is our big Fashion Show fundraiser for the Awareness About AIDS club. The show begins at 6:00p.m. in the gym and your fellow students (both male and female) will be modeling casual and formal clothing! You can purchase tickets in room 1408 or during lunch in the quad. The evening will feature a DJ and several clubs are going to be selling goodies to eat and drink! This is a fun event for a great cause. Please plan to spend your Friday evening with us. (Radford)
ATTENTION PRINCIPAL’S ROUND TABLE MEMBERS: The April Principal’s round table meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be on May 6th.
ATTENTION STUDENTS: Beginning Monday, March 31, 2008, students late to period 1 will be subject to Saturday School detention. Saturday School detentions have been assigned randomly throughout the day to periods 2 through 6. We believe that tardies to these periods have decreased. However, tardies to period 1 remain a major issue. You must get to ALL classes on time to avoid Saturday School. (S. Williams)
LANCERS: The Sweetwater District Art Show is currently hanging at the South Chula Vista library on 4th and Orange until April 11th. Hilltop has several student participants. It is definitely worth seeing! (Huls)
SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS! TODAY is the LAST DAY to turn in your Connect Crew application. Head over to room 905 with your completed application or questions. Thank you for your interest in Connect Crew! (Fericelli)
SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATIONS are now available in the counseling center. Please stop by TODAY to pick up your application. Make sure you turn in the forms right away before classes fill up. (Yamada)
