FACULTY SECTION

FACULTY AND STAFF: Please excuse the J.V. Softball team today for a game at Montgomery. (Tyler)
PLC TIDBIT OF THE DAY: One of the most common complaints about meetings is that people do not feel involved. Getting people more involved can make the team more effective, increase ownership in both the outcome and the process, relieve the team leader from having to do all the work, and allow him or her to fully participate as a team member. One way to increase participation is to rotate the meeting roles. At the end of each meeting, ask for volunteers for each role at your next meeting. Or if your team prefers, identify a more formal rotation that will have everyone playing each role eventually. (Radford)
