FACULTY SECTION

PLC TIDBIT OF THE DAY: A principal who is a systems thinker might ask the following questions: What is the cause of bad behavior in two different classrooms? What do the classrooms have in common? Do other classrooms have this same characteristic? Am I seeing disengaged learning, a lack of consistent behavior expectations, or new teachers struggling for classroom management. Am I seeing this in other parts of the school? What policies, procedures, practices, and processes might be leading to this behavior? (Radford)
