JUNIORS - Class of 2009: As per the district office Community Service handbook and the Hilltop High handbook, your 30 hours of community service are to be completed at the end of your junior year. The hours are to be turned in to your U.S. History teacher, who will enter them on the scan sheets provided with grades at the end of this semester.
If you do not have your hours completed by the end of this year, do your best to complete them over the summer and have the forms ready for your first semester Gov/Econ teacher next year. They will be entered on the scan sheets provided with grades at the end of the semester.
If you do not have your hours completed by the end of the first semester next year, be aware that there will not be another community hours scan sheet until the second six week grade report of the second semester.
There will be no other opportunities provided to enter your hours in the computer next year. Please plan accordingly.

If you have equipment that is broken you may send it to the library with a note explaining the problem. Once again if you are not teaching a subject next fall return your teacher materials and class sets as soon as possible. Thank you for your help and cooperation. Ms. R...............
