Spring/Summer Workouts
The following is information for all Returning players and athletes interested in playing water polo this Fall. We have started Spring workouts. The final week of school workout schedule will be adapted:
Tuesday and Wednesday 12:15 in the weight room.
Off Thursday for graduation.
Friday at 9am in Weight room/Gymnasium (2 hour practice)
Off Monday-Wednesday (6/16-6/18)
Thursday & Friday at 9am in Weight room/Gymnasium (2 hour practice) Bring Running Shoes and swim Gear.
Summer Practices Start Monday, July 7th at 1pm in the Weight room.
What you need to bring:
Water bottle/ Towel/ Workout Clothing/ Running Shoes/ Workout gloves (optional)/ Play book ($5 for new/replacement)/ writing instrument.
